Kingdom Global Real Estate was born from a genuine passion for people. Our founder's journey into property was never just about financial returns. It was about recognising that good housing changes lives, and that the social housing sector desperately needs landlords and investors who care.
Having spent time building relationships with councils, care providers and commissioning teams, we understand the acute shortage of quality accommodation for vulnerable young people, particularly care leavers and those transitioning to independence. We exist to help fill that gap.
Our approach is straightforward: provide excellent properties, partner with excellent providers, and let the impact speak for itself. We work with Ofsted and CQC-registered providers, meet all required housing standards, and take a long-term view on every relationship we build.
We are also building a portfolio of family homes, properties let to social housing providers or on the open market, giving us the financial foundation to pursue our mission with stability and confidence.
